Cochise County Learning Advisory Council
(CCLAC - or "see-lak") is a 501-c(3) non-profit organization, which helped to found the partnerhips between Arizona, Mexico and Vermont. CCLAC's mission is to provide education and information through the internet in areas which would not otherwise be able to afford technology. In 2009, CCLAC organized some breakthrough agreements to provide satellite internet access in rural Mexico as well as Native American communities.
